Order Tracking

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for address correction. In the event that the product has shipped and the customer received the tracking number, it is up to the customer to contract the shipping agency for address correction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sibi Built Distributions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that the delivery address is secure.

Order Cancellations/Modifications

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
